Thank you for visiting and shopping at TimeCollection. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. General Dropshipping Information
We operate on a dropshipping model, meaning our products are sourced from a third-party US-based supplier and shipped directly to you. This allows us to offer a wider selection of premium watches.
By placing an order, you understand that your items are being shipped from the United States, and you authorize us to manage the importation process on your behalf.
2. Order Processing & Stock Status
- “In-Stock” Items: Items marked as “in stock” generally ship from the Supplier’s US warehouse within 1–3 business days.
- Backordered Items: Items not immediately available may take 1–2 weeks to ship from the Supplier. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page.
- Processing Time: We process orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 CAT. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Times to South Africa
Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Standard International Shipping: 10 – 21 business days.
- Express International Shipping: 5 – 10 business days.
Note: Due to potential Customs delays in South Africa, these times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Customs inspections or international courier logistics.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the item value and shipping method chosen.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once the Supplier dispatches the package, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. Insurance and Damaged Items
All items shipped by our Supplier are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. If you receive a damaged watch, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because we dropship from the US, our return policy requires that items be shipped back to our supplier, not a local address. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for detailed instructions.
